LAYTON by Parfums de Marly

LAYTON by Parfums de Marly

It was 1743, when the French King Louis XV commissioned sculptor Guillaume Coustouin to sculpt his famous masterpiece in memory of his great-grandfather Louis XIV. Now known as “The Marly Horses” it was this magnificent work of art, that laid the foundations for the brand Parfums de Marly. Their parfums are reminiscent of the splendour in the XVIIIth Century, when the finest fragrances were created for King Louis XV as a tribute of those prestigious horse races he so fervently admired. The brand’s latest offering, LAYTON is no exception, with its scented sensuality representing the festive and (at times) harmonious atmosphere of the Versailles court.

Layton, has been so named after one of the more prolific lines in thoroughbred history.
