We’ve all been there; you don’t want have a DRINK drink, just a drink, but you’ve grown bored of coke, orange juice & lemonade, and despite cravings, caffeine really isn’t a ‘sensible’ option. Thomas & Evans No. 1 is a new ‘Zero Proof’ drink aims to cater to exactly that need – and more. The drink is a masterminded by WiseHead Productions – a new business backed by Britvic – with a goal to create drinks for adults who seek “exceptional drinking experiences” and to transform non-alcoholic drinking in general.
The T&E N0.1 story was inspired from the Britvic archives, where business partners Mr. William Thomas & Mr. William Evans prospered by making drinks to sell in public houses as non-alcoholic alternatives in the 1880s.

There is truth in their claim too; the Thomas & Evans No. 1 doesn’t exhibit that ‘vacancy’ you often experience with these alcohol free alternatives. The flavour while being refreshing has character and a slight edge to it, which retains interest from your first sip to your final gulp.
T&E No.1 PERFECT SERVE
Build over ice in a large wine glass, garnish with a thin slice of green apple (ideally cut with a mandolin) and a sprig of rosemary. Serve with the T&E bottle, to top up and enjoy.

The T&E No.1 is a composite of over 20 ingredients including silver birch charcoal filtered green fruit juices and steam-distilled botanicals.
