Co-founders and Creative Directors Gildas Loaec and Masaya Kuroki of Maison Kitsune welcome another string to their bow in the form of a new world for all things Kitsune. Situated in 68 rue Condorcet in Paris the space will host both men’s and women’s collections as well as a Cafe Kitsune.
The space itself follows the comforting yet directional characteristics that have become synonymous with the label. Warm tones of lapis blue and red are consistent throughout with aluminum being swathed through doorways. Envisaged by Emiliano Salci and Britt Moran of Dimorestudio the venue naturally takes note of the Japanese culture that is infused within the parisian based label.
Cafe Kitsune for instance makes use of amaranth fur, which is used in contrast to the stratified wood that takes centre stage – forming the base of intrigue.
In celebration of this new dimension the launch will also be followed by a small collection inspired by the blue tones of the boutique – allowing devotees to further emerge themselves in the ever growing world of Maison Kitsune.
